a little about us…we are taryn kent of taryn kent photography and shelby clark of 927photography. We find joy in capturing beauty in the world through portrait, lifestyle and fashion photography. we’re always overflowing with ideas and finding excuses for creative shoots together and now we have our place to share it. we hope you come along on our adventure. we’re beyond thrilled to share it with you!
in order to kick off this collaboration and the grand opening of joielala, we’re offering a FREE PHOTOSHOOT! we’re looking for fun fabulous ladies to hang out with us for a couple hours. whether you want a sexy boudoir shoot, a fashion inspired portrait session or something else altogether – it’s your call. to take advantage of this amazing opportunity please do the following by Friday May 7th:

Congrats on your new collaboration… and what a great promotional idea! I’ve been following Shelby’s work for awhile now and absolutely love it! I’ve actually been interested in learning photography for quite some time and recently just purchased my first “real” camera, so winning a shoot with you two ladies would be an amazing experience!

I don’t live in SD, but I thoroughly enjoy the train trip between here (LA) and there. I wish I had done a boudoir shoot prior to our wedding, better late than never!
