Hello and happy monday morning. We’re sharing a wedding today that we just freaking LOVED. ahhh… we adore this couple & everything about this wedding (hello sequin dance floor!). We kinda just want to live in it forever. Kate and JP are two of the most beautiful people – inside and out! The love they have for each other is something amazing to witness in person. They can’t keep their hands off each other. It’s complete true love & makes everyone around them melt! (remember their engagement photos?!) They got married at the empire polo fields in Indio, CA & we had one incredible team of vendors to work with… Jesi Haack, JL Designs, Pitbulls & Posies, The Love Riot, and more.

Last September we were lucky enough to shoot a wedding in Cancun (have we mentioned how much we love our job??) After the wedding we decided to take a quick trip down to Tulum for a little r&r and a bit of Negra Modelo as you’ll see in the photos below. Tulum quickly became one of our most favorite places on earth which is saying a lot because between the two of us we’ve seen a lot of places. We stayed at Ahau Tulum where we felt like family. Everyone was so kind to us, we enjoyed chatting with the staff each day at breakfast while indulging in fresh juice and mexican style eggs (always with habanero sauce). The company of the many local dogs was comforting as we missed our pups back at home. We had some of the most delicious meals including dinner at Hartwood, just a short walk from our hotel. Most of our days were spent lounging in the hammocks with a cold beer and dozing off to the sounds of the Caribbean. We can’t wait to go back.

we had the most incredible time in cancun with L+M and their amazing friends and family. with all the incredible colors of the ocean, sand and sunsets, cancun is such a magical place for a wedding! thanks to you both for showing us such a good time and you know we wish you all the happiness in the world. we can’t think of two people more deserving of it. xo

Shelby + Mark > Taneytown, Maryland

hello friends! today we are sharing the wedding of shelby + mark (aka team SHARK) which we shot all the way out in Taneytown, Maryland. these two got hitched at a gorgeous venue called Antrim 1844, which is a historical site with some of the most stunning gardens we’ve been in! We love getting the opportunity to step outside of cali to check out new places & meet new people… and this wedding did not disappoint! Shelby & Mark – we’re so happy for you guys!! thank you for loving our work so much to fly us all the way to the east coast so we could be there to capture your big day! you & your family/friends were so much fun to hang with & you all made us feel so incredibly welcome — we hope to get back to visit again soon!
