how do you prounounce “joielala”?
zwah-lala
joie – is french for “joy”
and lala- is what you sing when you’re in love
but say it however you feel – everyone else does.;)
do we get the high resolution files?
yes all of our couples will receive the high res files delivered with their album or 3 months after their wedding.
what is your turn around time?
we try our darndest to get your images to you within 2-5weeks of your wedding. no joke
what is your editing process?

we touch ALL images in photoshop. what you see on our blog/website is what you see  in your gallery and on your final disc.  HOWEVER – any prints you order or images you select for your album with be further retouched with a fine toothed comb.

how long have you been in business?
we’ve been shooting weddings for 5 years. joielala has existed for three of those five.
how did you guys start shooting together?
we have an awesome photographer friend who insisted we all hang out and take some pictures.  we hit it off, realized we have similar (yet different) styles and the rest is history.
do you travel for weddings and portrait sessions?
absolutely! nothing inspires us more than new adventures
how do we go about booking you?
easy! we require a 50% deposit and signed agreement to hold your date.  we book on a first come first serve basis.
do you have backup equipment?
yes, we always bring along extra camera bodies, lenses, flashes, memory cards and batteries.
what kind of equipment do you use?
we booth shoot with Canon professional gear. The best of the best.
do you offer albums?
yes we custom design all of our albums. Email us for more info and pricing.
do you offer gift certificates?
yup.
do you have insurance? 
we do. we’re covered by a plan made specifically for photographers.
do you accept credit cards? 
we absolutely do!
what type of shoots do you offer other than weddings?
 we offer engagement, lifestyle, boudoir, family, maternity, fashion, bridal and encore sessions.
what’s an encore session?
some people call it “trash the dress” we prefer encore since you don’t have to actually trash your dress to get amazing images.
do you offer mentorship sessions for photographers?
yes! we do one-on-one mentor sessions… please contact us for our rates!
do you eat anything besides mexican food? 
no.

I am writing to inquire into your wedding prices. We will be married on NYE 2012, most likely at La Vslencia in La Jolla. Also, do you shoot any film or just digital? Look forward to hearing from you! Thank you!!
