Hi girls!!!

Ok these are insane!!! I cannot thank you enough! You guys truly captured all aspects of our wedding. I love all the detail pictures. Oh and thanks for making us look so fabulous! I absolutely LOVE every single one! Thank you thank you thank you! You guys are so wonderful to work with. I literally sing your praises everywhere. If we ever need pictures done at any point, you guys will be top of my list! But seriously I’m totally speechless! “Working with Joielala for our very special, yet very personal “big day” was absolutely amazing. We had a small, intimate wedding and we really wanted to work with vendors with whom we felt comfortable and who we knew would really capture the best day of our lives, just as it was. “When I arrived to meet with Taryn and Shelby of Joielala Photographie on the day of my first ever professional shoot, arms full of my fondest closet threads, I had no idea what was in store for me the rest of the day….I met with them a month prior to setting a date to brainstorm and give/get direction about what I’d like out of my shoot. I wanted lifestyle portraits to capture a point in my life that I truly felt was unlike any other so far. I wanted to remember and cherish my “”year 23” long after the little things were forgotten. “When my girlfriend approached me about doing a photo shoot together I immediately thought, oh gosh not another cheesy glamour shot! However, being the researcher that I am, I got online and really delve into the world of boudoir photography. To my pleasant surprise I came across joielala’s website and the rest was easy! I found Taryn and Shelby’s boudoir work to be elegant, classy, sexy and timeless all rolled into one. I have to say, doing my boudoir shoot with a friend was awesome! Preparing for the shoot we went shopping for lingerie and props, got our make up done and during we enjoyed some champagne and danced around to Amy Winehouse. Taryn and Shelby were just as excited as we were and SO easy to work with! Needless to say my boyfriend and my girlfriend’s husband were both ecstatic about their little black boudoir books, as we like to call them. Looking back I am so glad I did this – I think EVERY woman should have timeless, sexy photos of her youth to look back on later in life!”

“For quite some time now, my BFF & I have been talking about how we would love to do a professional photo shoot – while we are still at our “young” age and to one day look back on and say, “Hey, I definitely had it going on in my day.” [Jokes!] And finally, along came an opportunity to do so with Taryn and Shelby. We were so excited! Well, and a bit nervous too, as neither of us had done such a thing, and doing the boudoir shoot would require, umm, minimal clothing and an intimate setting, I guess you could say. They talked to us through the entire process, giving us positive feedback and providing simple posing suggestions and such, which made the experience both enjoyable and comfortable. I can say with all honesty that Taryn and Shelby have such spectacular artistic visions and great skill when it comes to conducting photo shoots.
